FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE/BHRT
Your discovery call is a complimentary 15-minute conversation designed to introduce you to a more personalized, root-cause approach to your health. During this call, you’ll connect with our Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) to discuss your goals, symptoms, and overall wellness concerns.
This is not a medical visit, but rather a guided conversation to determine if our BHRT, weight management, and functional medicine services are the right fit for you. We’ll outline our approach, answer your questions, and help you understand what a personalized care plan could look like.
This appointment is for your upcoming lab draw. Please be fasted for 12 hours. Please continue to hydrate with plenty of water.
If taking high dose Biotin hold for 3 days prior to labs. If taking thyroid medication hold on day of labs and take after your blood draw.
60 minute visit with functional medicine provider for lab review, protocol planning, and follow up
A dedicated 1 hour visit with our Functional Medicine & BHRT trained provider, Christi Malonis, FNP.
During this visit, we’ll thoroughly review your symptoms, concerns, health history, and wellness goals, then discuss individualized treatment recommendations that may include functional medicine support, BHRT options, supplements, and dietary guidance.
The consultation fee is $300. If you choose to move forward with a full treatment plan, the $300 consult fee will be waived/applied toward your program. Program costs vary depending on goals, health status, and duration of program.
