This 15-minute intake call is reserved for Women in Purpose Wellness Center clients participating in the nutrition collaboration.
The purpose of this session is to review your goals, training schedule, and nutrition needs to determine the most appropriate next step. This call does not include individualized nutrition counseling or treatment.
Delivery and education of the QuickStart Nutrition Plan for Women in Purpose collaboration clients. Includes review of structured meal guidance, hydration, portion education, and lifestyle support.
Client seen as part of the Women in Purpose Wellness collaboration. Wellness-focused nutrition and lifestyle education provided. No medical diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy rendered. Client verbalized understanding and agreement with plan.
Wellness consultation including body composition review, nutrition discussion, lifestyle assessment, and personalized wellness education. This service does not include medical diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy.
Client seen as part of the Women in Purpose Wellness collaboration. Wellness-focused nutrition and lifestyle education provided. No medical diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy rendered. Client verbalized understanding and agreement with plan.
Ongoing wellness support visit focused on lifestyle consistency, nutrition adherence, and accountability for collaboration clients.

$50 consult fee is non-refundable but goes toward your service if booked within 30 days.
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancels, no-shows, or arrivals 15+ mins late forfeit the fee.
