D’FlawlessBody Medspa – Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are valid only at D’FlawlessBody Medspa for eligible services and retail products.

Gift cards expire 2 years from the purchase date (in compliance with CT law). Expiration is listed at the time of issue.

Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to buy other gift cards. (Per Connecticut law, balances under $3.00 may be redeemed for cash.)

No maintenance or inactivity fees apply.

Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with valid proof of purchase and card number.

Gift cards cannot be used toward insurance-covered services or prescription products unless medically approved by a provider.

Promotional gift cards or vouchers (e.g., free giveaways, “buy $100, get $20”) may have shorter expiration (typically 3–6 months), are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

All gift card transactions are securely tracked in our system.


By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these terms. This policy complies with the Connecticut General Statutes §§ 42-460 – 42-460c and Federal CARD Act (15 U.S.C. § 1693l-1).
