Please note: For optimal treatment planning, dermal filler, PRP injections, and treatments addressing skin irregularities require a consultation prior to scheduling the procedure.
Initial Consultation (Zoom or In-Person)
A comprehensive medical consultation for women in perimenopause or menopause experiencing changes in sleep, mood, weight, energy, or overall well-being. This visit includes a detailed intake review and symptom assessment to determine whether the Midlife Health Program is an appropriate fit.
If you choose to enroll, a personalized treatment plan addressing hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and long-term health will be developed as part of the 6-month program.
Fee Structure:
The initial consultation is $300. The 6-month Midlife Health Program is $2,400, with the consultation fee applied as a credit toward program enrollment. After program completion, follow-up visits are $200 per visit, as needed. Labs and medications are billed to insurance when applicable.
Initial Consultation (Zoom or in-person)
GLP-1 receptor agonists are medications used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and medical weight loss. They work by reducing appetite, slowing gastric emptying, and increasing feelings of fullness to support sustainable weight loss. These medications are not appropriate for everyone. Contraindications include a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN2), diabetic gastroparesis, inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, or a history of pancreatitis. For patients who are not candidates for GLP-1 therapy, we offer alternative medical weight-management options.
A $100 consultation fee is required. This fee covers the evaluation and treatment planning. This will be applied as a credit toward your first medication order if you proceed with treatment.
If you are new to us, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient packet.
