Photos may be taken for your chart. If a touch-up is needed, your provider will discuss recommendations.

A medical consultation is required before beginning any services. During this visit, we’ll review your health history, discuss your wellness goals, and complete a focused assessment to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate.

Same-day treatment may be offered but is not guaranteed. The $50 consult fee is applied toward your first treatment if completed within 30 days.

This 15-minute intake call is reserved for Women in Purpose Wellness Center clients participating in the nutrition collaboration.

The purpose of this session is to review your goals, training schedule, and nutrition needs to determine the most appropriate next step. This call does not include individualized nutrition counseling or treatment.

In-clinic administration of GLP-1 medication with provider supervision. This visit includes verification of medication, injection technique, site selection, and brief monitoring following administration.

Problem-focused visit to evaluate side effects or adverse reactions related to GLP-1 therapy. This visit includes symptom assessment, medication review, risk evaluation, and determination of appropriate clinical management.

Follow-up visit for patients receiving GLP-1 therapy, including review of medication tolerance, symptom assessment, weight and progress evaluation, and dose adjustment when clinically indicated. Treatment plan and education are updated as appropriate.

Initiation visit for GLP-1 weight management therapy. This visit includes medication education, dosing instructions, side effect counseling, injection technique review (if applicable), and confirmation of treatment plan.

Initial medical consultation for weight management. This visit includes a comprehensive health history review, medication screening, lifestyle assessment, and evaluation of eligibility for medical weight management therapies. Treatment options, expectations, and next steps are discussed.

Follow-up wellness visit including progress review, lifestyle discussion, injection administration when indicated, and adjustment of the wellness plan as appropriate.
