NP-Guided Weight Loss Program

Our NP-Guided Weight Loss Program combines clinical oversight with personalized wellness support to help you achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss. Your Nurse Practitioner (NP) will complete a medical review and design an individualized plan based on your health history, symptoms, metabolism, lifestyle, and goals. Treatment may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, lab review when indicated, and prescription weight-loss medication when medically appropriate. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

GLP-1 Medication Notice: Prescription weight-loss medications (including GLP-1/GIP therapies) may be offered only when clinically appropriate and after Nurse Practitioner evaluation. These medications are not guaranteed to produce weight loss and are not appropriate for all individuals. Use may be associated with side effects and risks, some of which may be serious. Ongoing follow-up and adherence to the treatment plan are required. Results depend on individual factors including medical history, diet, activity level, and medication tolerance.
