What Is a Good Faith Exam (GFE)?
A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a required medical evaluation performed before certain aesthetic or perscribed treatments. During this brief consultation, a licensed medical provider will review your health history, assess your goals, and determine if the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
The GFE may take place in person or through a secure video call (such as FaceTime). Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space so your health information remains confidential.
This exam is required by law and ensures your safety. It must be completed before your treatment can begin—even if you’ve had the same treatment before.

Skin Concern and Acne Consultation
This visit is conducted by our nurse practitioner (NP) to evaluate and manage skin concerns, including acne breakouts, hormonal acne, and other related conditions.
During the consultation, the NP will:
• Review your medical history and discuss your current skin concerns.
• Assess the severity of your condition and recommend treatment options.
• Prescribe medications, such as antibiotics or spironolactone, when appropriate.
• Provide skincare and lifestyle recommendations to support clear, healthy skin.
• Develop a follow-up plan to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed.
Medications
Toradol is a strong non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication — that we give as a shot or in an IV push to help relieve moderate to severe pain. It works quickly and helps reduce inflammation and swelling.
It’s not a narcotic, so there’s no risk of addiction, but it does come with a few precautions. We only use it short-term because it can affect the stomach or kidneys if used too often. Most people feel relief within 30 minutes to an hour.
Tri-Component Injection
Wellness Support for Inflammation, Fatigue, and Recovery
The Tri-Component Injection is a physician-directed intramuscular shot formulated to support general wellness in individuals experiencing fatigue, inflammation, or physical stress. This treatment uses a combination of medications and nutrients that may help the body respond to non-acute inflammation, enhance energy, and promote recovery.
The Tri-Component Injection is not FDA-approved as a combined formulation and is used off-label at the discretion of the supervising medical provider. This treatment is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. A good faith exam is required prior to treatment.
