Filler dissolving uses hyaluronidase to safely break down unwanted or misplaced hyaluronic acid filler. This treatment can help correct asymmetry, overfilling, migration, or prepare the area for future filler treatments.
Multiple hyaluronidase treatments may be required to effectively dissolve larger volumes of filler or encapsulated nodules. When additional treatment is necessary, sessions are typically scheduled at least two weeks apart to allow for adequate assessment of the treatment response.
