Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy

During the initial 60-minute consultation, in addition to your medical intake,
MEN will have an extensive lab panel drawn to include CBC w/ diff, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, estradiol (E2), lipid panel, PSA- total, testosterone- free & total w/ SHBG, TSH, T4 total, T3 free, thyroid peroxidase ABs, Vit B12, Vit D 25-OH total, cortisol, FSH and LH.
WOMEN will receive the same panel drawn with the exception of substituting progesterone level in place of PSA.
The cost for consultation and lab testing outlined above will be $350. This is a "cash-based" program as we do not participate with commercial insurance carriers. Compounded bioidentical hormone replacement medications are typically not covered by commercial insurance companies. Cost for compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy will vary between males and females as the medications, dosages and formulations will be customized to each patient.
Completing the consultation and lab work does not commit you to move forward with BHRT. You may take advantage of this opportunity for lab testing as a stand-alone service and send your results to your primary care provider if desired.
